The JMSW program is organized with an advanced generalist concentration. The model is based on a generalist foundation of knowledge and skills developed in the foundation curriculum.

The advanced curriculum is designed to prepare students to develop knowledge and skills in either Families and Youth at Risk or Health and Mental Health.

The program requires the successful completion of 60 semester hours. Advanced Standing students complete 42 semester hours.
