The JMSW Program conducts one application cycle per year. The NCA&T Graduate School will begin accepting applications for the Advanced Standing, Two Year, and Three-Year Programs on June 1, 2013. The application process is online (see link below). A JMSW Program Information Session will be held on December 7, 2013 in 123 Gibbs Hall at the A&T Campus from 10:00 am until noon.
The administration of admissions rotates between the universities every four years. Currently admissions are handled through NC A&T Graduate School. Questions about tuition, fees, housing, and general financial aid, including federal loans, should be addressed to the School of Graduate Studies at NC A&T. Questions about the program should be directed to Dr Wayne R. Moore, wmoore@ncat.edu, or Dr. Arnold Barnes, abarnes@ncat.edu or (336) 285-2293.
The JMSW Program does not allow applicants to defer enrollment from one year to the next. Applicants who are accepted and do not enroll in the semester for which they are accepted must reapply for admission.
